The Dunolly Bakery was purchased by the Stuart family in 1987 and has undergone several major changes and growth throughout its 25 years in operation. The Bakery now boasts a large plant and production area with modern equipment, well laid out and presented customer service areas and a recently restored café area.
The production area produces a range of breads, cakes and pastries baked fresh daily. The Bakery’s custom consists of over the counter sales, café sales and a growing amount of wholesale sales.
The Bakery’s current focus is on the further development of its dine-in facilities, boasting an exciting new menu, new coffee equipment and the further enhancement of its warm and friendly atmosphere.
